Why check for duplicate orders?
Duplicate line items in purchase orders are one of the most common data entry errors in distribution. A customer accidentally lists the same part twice, or a forwarded email contains the original order plus amendments. Catching duplicates before they enter your ERP prevents over-ordering, incorrect invoicing, and wasted warehouse picks.
How it works
Zapord parses the purchase order, extracts all line items, and compares SKUs and descriptions. If the same part number appears on multiple lines, it flags them with quantities so you can decide whether to merge or remove the duplicate.
