How does the free tier work?
You can parse up to 50 purchase orders per month for free, forever. No credit card required. The free tier includes all parsing features, validation, confidence scores, and export formats.
What is inbox sync?
Instead of manually pasting POs, you connect your orders inbox (like orders@yourcompany.com). Zapord automatically picks up incoming POs, parses them, and puts them in your review queue. You approve or edit, then push to your ERP.
What is SKU alias memory?
Your customers don't always use your SKU numbers. Customer A calls it "brake rotor", Customer B calls it "BR-4412", your catalog calls it "RTR-BR-4412." Zapord learns these mappings over time so it automatically translates customer part references to your internal SKUs.
Which ERPs do you integrate with?
Currently we support copy-paste export for QuickBooks, Epicor (DMT format), and NetSuite (CSV import). Direct API integrations are coming soon. Join the waitlist to get early access.
